TaskRabbit: How it works if you need a job done?

As a customer, if you need help then just sign up and log in at the site. You will see the most commonly requested tasks i.e cleaning, moving and lifting, handyman, delivery and shopping, and any general help.

After login, when you select your service and give your location. Then you will see a range of taskers available along with their hourly rate and mentioned time to arrive for you. After reading carefully you are free to start requesting for taskers.

How it works if you’re providing a service?

To become a tasker, you have to attend two steps process sign-up and orientation. After subscribe you must describe your services differently than the other number of peoples. This site takes a number of weeks to complete the registration process. After the approval of the tasker’s profile, there are three interviews. One over the phone, one in London, and one is via Google hangouts with TaskRabbit HQ in the US. After hiring, you can set your own hourly rate and describe the tasks that you want to take on.

If as taskers you agree to take the task and do work then you can chat with the client. After completing the work you submit an invoice and the client will pay via the app. TaskRabbit will take 30% of the total paid but the percentage will reduce if clients are satisfied with you.
